
Roasted Peppers Salad
Ingredients:
Cut the peppers in 3 parts and put them in the oven. Bake for 10min or until the pepper skins are evenly darkened, turning them 1 or twice. When ready, remove them from the oven and peel the peppers. slice them in thin strips. Pour some olive oil, the juice of half a lemon and the garlic clove on the peppers. Add the olives and basil leaves cut finely. Mix and eat! Note: Peppers can be substitued with tomatoes.
