Scrambled tofu & French toasts Scrambled tofu.All you need is a bloc of tofu, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 1 garlic clove, mushrooms, spring onions and turmeric. It takes around 15min to prepare and cook this breakfast. French toasts. All you need is a banana, 3/4 cup of soy milk, cinammon, 4 slices of bread (more if you're hungry). If you're a sugar addict, add sugar, but banana are sweet enough on their own. It takes around 20min to prepare and cook this breakfast, unless you have a big frying pan. Pancakes
